These three speculative office/warehouse buildings of varying size complemented two similar existing buildings within an office park. The selected materials are within the same vernacular as the existing structures. The entry masses allowed for multi-tenant divisions of the interior space. Warehouse service entries are tucked behind each building, out of site from office park visitors. Window spacing allowed for maximum flexibility during the tenant design phase.
